Lactation Consultations
A full breastfeeding and/or pumping evaluation; includes health history, weighted feed, guidance on latch and positioning, and a plan of action. In our Arlington Heights office, your home, or via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Please note that some services included in an in-person evaluation are not available via telehealth. If you don't see availability for the day or time you need care, please reach out, as additional appointment times may be available.
Ongoing Support
Continued support via phone and email for two weeks following your consultation is included and will ensure you have the tools you need to get through this intense new stage of life - parenthood!

Baby Cafe
Chat and connect with local new parent families, get your baby care and infant feeding questions answered! Held in Arlington Heights, 6 week sessions, rolling admission. Minimum enrollment of 4 required or session will be cancelled. Not a substitute for complete lactation care. No weighted feeds.

Other Insurance
For those who have Blue Cross PPO, Blue Shield PPO, Anthem PPO, VA CCN, and most plans that utilize PNOA and Multiplan, your lactation visits may be covered in full. Check for coverage by The Lactation Network by clicking the button below.
Cash Pay Clients
For clients with insurance plans that are not in network or approved for coverage by The Lactation Network, payment is required via credit card at the time of booking. First home visits will be billed at the rate of $300 and follow-up home visits are $175. The first office visit is $150, and an office follow-up is $100. A superbill will be provided to you for potential reimbursement by your insurance plan. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
